Grounded Magic

Beginner and Beyond: A class exploring the foundations of floorwork and basework. Roll, twirl, and play to discover your unique energy. With a focus on self-expression, you’re encouraged to come as you are, get cozy with yourself, and embrace your movement.
Pre-Requisites: None. This class is meant to help you indulge in the uniqueness of your movement, no matter where you are in your journey.
What to Bring: Layers to protect your skin during floorwork. Kneepads and socks. Heels are optional.

All Levels, Beginners Welcome: Unwind from the week and settle into your body with this all levels-friendly pole class designed for release, grounding, and joy. Class starts with a slow, nourishing stretch sequence paired with intentional breathwork then eases into accessible pole movements to get the blood flowing and help you drop out of your head and into movement.
This class blends pole foundations with elements of moving meditation and somatic exploration—an invitation to soften, to feel, and to liberate.
Pre-requisites: No experience necessary.
Attire: Comfy layers, knee pads and socks.

Modern Flow
with Vida
All Levels: Each class introduces foundational pole movements and transitions, then slows things down so you can explore how those basics work for YOU.
You’ll receive individual attention and guidance, with inspiration driven from modern and contemporary dance styles, and be supported in shaping movement that feels natural and aligned with your body’s needs and strengths.
This class is less about “doing it right” and more about building confidence and personal style. Expect a supportive, low-pressure environment where curiosity is encouraged and comparison is left at the door.
This class is for all genders, all bodies and all experience levels. If you’re brand new to pole or just looking to reconnect with movement in a more intuitive way, you’ll be met where you are.
Pre-reqs: Just a desire to dance and participate. Some experience with beginner pole grips and poses is preferred but absolutely not required.
What to bring: Anything that lets you move and feel good! Clothing that allows grip on the pole is best. No jeans. Heels are welcome but totally optional.

Pre-reqs: Must be comfortable in stilettos and drawn to erotic dance. Basic pirouettes and body rolls preferred.

In this class, you’ll learn foundational pole techniques—climbs, spins, holds, and fluid transitions—while building strength, confidence, and self-awareness.

Advanced Beg+: Find your edge and learn how to work it!
This class breaks down the fundamentals of edgework with sharp, gliding, slicing techniques that bring drama and precision to your movement. You’ll learn how to control your weight transfer, carve shapes with your feet and play with tempo and accents. Perfect for those learning to build strong heel technique and add bold, intentional edge to their flow.
Pre-req: Comfortable with half-bracket grip , split grip, and pirouette
Attire: Heels + kneepads required, layers optional

Detail Dreamscape

Advanced Beginner + A movement lab designed to help dancers delve into the subtle, sensual, and deeply personal layers of their pole artistry. Each class intricately weaves together intention-setting, technique drills, and guided prompts that sharpen details and elevate emotional expression. Our focus will be on developing a personal movement voice— through intuitive movement, and honing in on the unique elements that set our dancing apart.
Pre-reqs: Comfortable in heels (optional), able to press into the toe box and balance, pirouettes, fan kicks and basic spins
What to Bring: Layers that can be removed, sports bra and short shorts or bikini bottoms, socks, pole heels and kneepads

Over Easy

All Levels: Ease into your morning while turning things upside down!
We won’t just be conditioning progressions for inverts and shoulder mounts, we’ll also be working on foundational movements to get upside down gracefully, without inverting.
This is an all levels class that’s all about meeting you where you’re at, and building strength and refining technique to help you progress in your invert journey, while also exploring different pathways to get upside down for all bodies.
Pre-reqs: Comfort in a basic climb
Attire: Clothes that allow grip on the pole for leg hangs (bare knee pits, shoulders, arm pits). Feel free to layer and start with more coverage.

Beginner Flow & Choreo

Beginner Choreography: Step into the magic of movement and start your pole journey here!
This class is designed for those new to pole dancing and focuses on building a strong foundation through thoughtful conditioning, essential spins, transitions, and flow techniques.
You’ll learn how to connect movements into a short, beginner-friendly choreography that lets you explore both strength and expression. Each class ends with time to lean into your own unique flow, allowing you to discover how your body moves, feels, and expresses itself through pole dance.
No experience needed — just curiosity, courage, and a willingness to move.
Pre-Requisites: None. This class is meant for beginners who are willing to try something new!
What to Wear: Sleeveless top or sports bra, short shorts or bikini bottoms. Layers to wear over these things until you’re warmed up. Kneepads recommended for some choreo.

Bollypole

All Level Choreography: Do you love Bollywood music and pole dance? Join bollywood dancer turned pole dancer, Sheila, in her super energetic, sensual flow class where she brings together her Indian culture and movements on/off the pole to create beautiful choreography in her unique style known as Bollypole!
This class is open to all levels and dancers who want to feel sexy and hyped up as you twirl around to Bollywood music learning pole combos that combine with bollywood dance moves!
Pre-reqs: None, beginners are welcome.
What to wear: Kneepads recommended. This is a barefoot choreo class, but you are welcome to bring heels if they make you feel happy/ sexy.

Designed to cast a spell of passion, the choreos will blend technique with expression, guiding you through fluid sequences that celebrate the body and all its evocative stories. Expect rich, sultry movement, playful exploration, and a safe space to embody your sensual self.
Pre-Requisites: Prior experience with pole dancing, recommended at least three introductory classes before attending.
Attire: Anything that makes you feel sexy, heels encouraged but not required, kneepads required.
