All Levels A summertime choreo class that aims to be restorative and grounding, leaning into the exquisite feeling of basking in the sunshine on Jadu's dance floor. This class will emphasize the mind-body connection of our movement, starting with body awareness and mobility exercises. We will move into a choreo sequence meant for bare feet and tender bodies who crave a little more gentleness in their dance. We'll avoid quick movement, tricky technicalities, and sudden level changes, instead focus on developing movement connected to our breath, the music and above all, being present in our bodies. Variations and modifications will be offered throughout to allow room for each dancer to explore and meet themselves as they are. Come move with intention to a soundtrack featuring soulful classics, romantic singer-songwriter vibes, dreamy instrumentals, and soft alternative r&b, all while getting Sun-Kissed!
Pre-reqs: some familiarity with the pole is encouraged
