Heels Conditioning
with Ray
All Levels, Beginners Welcome: This class is designed for dancers who want to feel stronger, more stable, and more intentional in their heels work.
We’ll focus on conditioning through choreographed repetition to train the exact movements you use in flow, transitions, climbs, and floorwork so your strength translates directly into your dance.
Expect sensual combinations used as targeted drills to build a sweat while we break down key heels techniques and foundational choreo moves, then repeat them with precision to build muscular endurance and clean execution. By the end of class, you’ll have grounded control and sensual power that you’ll be able to take into any free dance.
Pre-requisites: No experience necessary.
What to Bring: Heels or ankleweights are optional but encouraged. Knee pads recommended.

Flow State: the practice
with Miyuki
Discover and develop your personal intuitive flow!

Pre-requisites: This class is for experienced dancers. Consider this a space to hone your craft, not for learning to dance.
Attire: Dress in whatever inspires you to dance! Suggestions include layers to play with (i.e. pants, skirts, button-up shirts), socks, heels (if that’s your flavor), and kneepads.
Highly suggested: Bring a notebook and writing instrument for real-time reflections. Make sure your phone/camera has storage space to record yourself!
